THE MERCEDES-BENZ OF BUFFALO FASHION WEEK IS PROUD TO PRESENT IT’S 4th ANNUAL RUNWAY EVENT. THE MAIN RUNWAY EVENT IS HELD ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 27TH AND FEATURES UP TO 7 DIFFERENT RUNWAY SHOWS. FOR MORE INFORMATION, OR QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS EVENT EMAIL US AT INFO@FASHIONWEEKBUFFALO.COM.

Please read the following information in order to successfully fill out and submit this application.

1.) You will need 5 photo examples of your previous design work and/or 3 photos of the collection you
wish to show during Fashion Week.

2.) You must read over event dates and deadlines to make sure that you or a representative will be
available to fulfill all fashion week duties.

3.) There is a $350.00 fee that covers your submission and participation in Fashion Week 2012. Payment
shall not be made until you are accepted into Fashion Week 2012.

SECTION 2 - COLLECTION INFORMATION

Please Upload 5 photographs from the collection you wish to present at Fashion Week 2012. If you do not have 5 complete looks to submit at this time, please submit 5 different SKETCHES from your collection.

Please note * There should be 20-30 complete looks in the collection you intend to show.

ACCESSORIES: Can be paired and showcased with designers collection.

SECTION 3 - IMPORTANT DEADLINES

1. Application submitted - JULY 1st 2012
2. Garment List & photo’s submitted - AUGUST 1st 2012
3. Delivery of Outfits - SEPTEMBER 26TH 2012
4. Pick up Outfits - SEPTEMBER 27TH & 28TH 2012

All designers must submit an application by JULY 1st to be considered for the Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo Fashion Week 2012. Once all applications are received and reviewed we will contact you and ask that you fill out an official participation agreement and submit your designer fee. Decisions will be made by JULY 15TH 2012.
